Mark 1:9, "At that time Jesus came from Nazareth and was baptized by John in the ever." Jesus was baptized in water. In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus said, Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
Being baptized in water was not only important enough that Jesus Himself did it, but He also commanded it. When you are publicly baptized in water it is an open statement for all to see that you are laying down your old life and choosing to follow Christ who is Lord of your new life. Periodically we will schedule a water baptism and announce it for anyone who wants to partake. However, we are always ready anytime a believer desires to be baptized. Please read the information provided in the form to be sure you fully understand why you are being baptized and fill out the form to submit to a pastor.
